Meeting Started at 6:05 p.m.
Grimes made a motion to approve minutes from the previous meeting. McKillip
seconded the motion. The motion passed with a majority voice vote.
No chairperson remarks
Dabale and Pease provided synopsis of case sent to commission. The case discussed age
discrimination, certifications and lack of communication.
Wallace shared certification must be completed every 5 years. Grimes will reach out to District
205 to get further information specifically Cindi Benson and Jessica Donaldson.
A second case was review by the commission and documentation will be requested. Legal
advice may be requested.
Grimes reminded the commission of the candidate forums on Oct. 11 and Oct 18 at the Public
library.

Wallace stated that we need to be an example to all to because we don’t know who is
watching.

King said thank you to those who serve on the commission
Motion was made to adjourn by Wallace. McKillip seconded the motion. The motion passed
with a majority voice vote. Meeting was adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
