Introductions Commission Charlie is new to the board Chairman’s remark’s: Election year and an interesting one at that. Are there ways that we can get people registered to vote. We need to be present in community events. We had Lipanda Days Commission Members Remarks McKillip the NAACP back to school cookout is August 3 at Kiwanis Park. Robinson wants there to be clear communication of where and how to vote. King suggested putting a draft together, Robinson agreed. King reminded us that May is disability awareness lunch. McKillip the NAACP has the scholarship dinner July 15 at the Library, 6pm King and Taylor are still working on the draft for the brochure Public Comment None Next meeting August 8, 2024 at 6 pm Meeting was adjourned at 6:29pm Robinson made a motion to adjourn, Wallace seconded.
