FACADE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
ADMINISTRATION CONFERENCE ROOM OF GALESBURG CITY HALL
August 2, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Jay Bullis, Steve Gerstenberger, Mike Holloway, Carla Markwart, Mark
Martin, 5.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Ralph Scott, 1.

The meeting was called to order at 9:30 am.
Approve Minutes of the July 5, 2022 meeting
Member Holloway moved to approve the minutes, seconded by Member
Gerstenberger.
Minutes were approved by voice vote.
Consider Citizen Comment
No citizen comment.
FAC-22-0801 Consider Downtown Facade Redevelopment Grant Program review
Members discussed potential modifications to the façade program. Another draft will be
reviewed at the next meeting.

Nays: None.
Abstentions: None.
Chairperson declared the motion approved.
There being no further business, Member Markwart made a motion to adjourn, seconded by
Member Gerstenberger, the meeting adjourned at 10:01 a.m.
