Roll Call: Chairman Robert Fulton and Commissioner Thomas Peters
Also Present: N/A.
Chairman Fulton declared a quorum present at 9:00 a.m.
Commissioner Peters moved, seconded by Chairman Fulton, to adjourn into Executive Session at
9:00 a.m. for the purpose of discussing personnel (5ILCS 120/2 (C) (1).
During the Executive Session, Chairman Fulton moved, seconded by Commissioner Peters, to
adjourn the Executive Session at 12:00 p.m.
