Roll Call: Chairman Robert Fulton and Commissioner Thomas Peters.
Also Present: N/A.
Chairman Fulton declared a quorum present at 5:30 p.m.
Chairman Fulton moved, seconded by Commissioner Peters, to approve the Executive Meeting
Minutes of April 27, 2022, May 2,2022, May 21,2022 and May 31, 2022. Minutes Approved.
Chairman Fulton moved, seconded by Commissioner Peters, to adjourn into Executive Session at
5:30 p.m. for the purpose of discussing personnel (5ILCS 120/2 (C) (1).
During the Executive Session, Chairman Fulton moved, seconded by Commissioner Peters, to
adjourn the Executive Session at 7:30 p.m.
