Roll Call: Chairman Robert Fulton, Commissioner Peters and Commissioner VanHootegem
Also Present: N/A.
Chairman Fulton declared a quorum present at 2:30 p.m.
Moved by Commissioner Peters, seconded by Chairman VanHootegem, to approve the Executive
Meeting Minutes of December 3, 2022. Minutes Approved.
Commissioner VanHootegem moved, seconded by Chairman Peters, to adjourn into Executive
Session at 2:30 p.m. for the purpose of a Lateral Police Candidate Interview.
During the Executive Session, Commissioner Peters moved, seconded by Chairman VanHootegem,
to adjourn the Executive Session at 3:00 p.m.
