The Special meeting of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners was called to order by Chairman
Robert Fulton on Monday, May 2, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
Those present in person were: Chairman Robert Fulton, Commissioner Thomas Peters, Commissioner
Diane VanHootegem, Fire Chief Randy Hovind, Deputy Fire Chief John Seitz, Secretaries Jenni Moser
and Amanda Jennings.

Approve
The Commission swore in Haley Stevenson as a Firefighter.
Adjournment
There being no further business, a motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Commissioner Peters
and seconded by Commissioner VanHootegem. Meeting adjourned at 10:12 a.m.
