Moved by Commissioner VanHootegem, seconded by Commissioner Fulton, to approve the
Executive Session Minutes held on June 20, 2023 (5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(21).
Motion by Commissioner Fulton to approve the Executive Session Minutes held on June 21, 2023.
Commissioner VanHootegem seconded the motion. Minutes approved (5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(21).
Commissioner VanHootegem moved, seconded by Commissioner Fulton, to adjourn into
Executive Session for the purpose of the Deputy Chief of Police interviews (5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(21).
During the Executive Session, Commissioner Fulton moved, seconded by Commissioner
VanHootegem, to adjourn the Executive Session for the purpose of Deputy Police Chief Interviews
5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).
