Roll Call: Chairman Thomas Peters, Commissioner Robert Fulton and Commissioner Diane

Others Present: None
Commissioner VanHootegem moved, seconded by Commissioner Fulton, to adjourn into
Executive Session for the purpose of police entry level interviews (5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(1).
Moved by Commissioner Fulton, seconded by Commissioner VanHootegem, to approve the
Executive Session Minutes held on October 3, 2023 (5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(21). Approved.
During the Executive Session, Commissioner VanHootegem motioned, seconded by Commissioner
Fulton, to adjourn the Executive Session for the purpose of police entry level testing 5 ILCS
120/2(c)(1).
