Commissioner VanHootegem moved, seconded by Commissioner Cowan, to adjourn into
Executive Session for the purpose of police entry level interview (5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(1).
During the Executive Session, Commissioner Cowan motioned, seconded by Commissioner
VanHootegem, to adjourn the Executive Session for the purpose of police entry level interviews 5
ILCS 120/2(c)(1).
