Roll Call: Chairman Thomas Peters and Commissioner Bernie Cowan
Others Present: None
Commissioner Cowan moved, seconded by Chairman Peters, to adjourn into Executive Session for
the purpose of approving the executive session minutes for the May 14th and 24th, 2024 executive
meetings, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21).
During the Executive Session, Commissioner Cowan motioned, seconded by Chairman Peters, to
adjourn the Executive Session for the purpose of minute approval, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21).
