Roll Call: Chairman Thomas Peters, Commissioner Bernie Cowan and Commissioner Sandy Wood
Others Present: None
Commissioner Cowan moved, seconded by Commissioner Wood, to adjourn into Executive Session
for the purpose of approving the executive session minutes for the July 30, 2025 executive
meeting, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21) and to conduct a police promotional written exam, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).
Commissioner Wood motioned to approve the July 30, 2025 executive session minutes.
Commissioner Cowan seconded. Motion carried.
During the Executive Session, Commissioner Cowan motioned, seconded by Commissioner Wood,
to adjourn the Executive Session for the purpose of minute approval, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21) and
police promotional written exam, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).
