Roll Call: Chairman Thomas Peters, Commissioner Bernie Cowan and virtual attendant
Commissioner Sandy Wood
Others Present: None
Commissioner Cowan moved, seconded by Commissioner Wood, to adjourn into Executive Session
for the purpose of approving the executive session minutes for the October 10, 2025 executive
meeting, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21) and to conduct police entry level interviews, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).
Commissioner Cowan motioned to approve the October 10, 2025 executive session minutes.
Commissioner Wood seconded. Motion carried.
During the Executive Session, Commissioner Cowan motioned, seconded by Commissioner Wood,
to adjourn the Executive Session for the purpose of minute approval, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21) and
police entry level written interviews, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).
