Call to order by President John Seitz at 10:33 a.m.
Present:Kelli Bennewitz,John Cratty and John Seitz.Absent:Matt Lewis and Brad Nolden.
Others Present:Alex Courtney.
Alex Courtney presented a draft financial statement for the fund ending June 30,2023 (June
30th FPIF statement not available).Total assets are $25,941,221 and total liabilities are
$39,413.The net position-restricted pension benefits is $25,901,808.He also provided a
transaction report for the period April -June 2023.
John Cratty moved,seconded by Kelli Bennewitz,to approve the minutes from the May 1,2023,
meeting.The motion carried.
New Business
John Cratty moved,seconded by Matt Lewis,to approve a Resolution recommending to the City
Council a tax levy of $3,463,347.The motion carried.
Matt Lewis moved,seconded by John Cratty,to approve the retirement of John Cypert from
pension fund as of May 5,2023.The motion carried.

There being no further business,the meeting adjourned at 11:10 a.m.
