Call to order by President John Seitz at 10:33 a.m.
Present:Kelli Bennewitz,John Cratty,Brad Nolden,and John Seitz.Absent:Matt Lewis.Others
Present:Alex Courtney and TJ Scott.
John Cratty moved,seconded by Brad Nolden,to approve the minutes from the August 7,2023,
meeting.The motion carried.
Alex Courtney presented the financial statement for the fund ending September 30,2023.Total
assets are $27,323,848 and total liabilities are $38,551.The net position-restricted pension
benefits is $27,285,297.He also provided a transaction report for the period July -September
2023.
New Business
A sample affidavit was discussed that would be sent to annuitants at the end of the year to
gather updated information.Information will include cell phone number,email addresses,and
emergency contact information.John Cratty suggested that a signature be added with a
statement allowing the City to contact the emergency contact.

There being no further business,the meeting adjourned at 10:58 a.m.
