Old Business:
● Patio furniture arrived and was put together. Staff is working on setting up the tables and
chairs to make sure we follow the current COVID restrictions.
● As of August 24th, there has been 124 Scooter rentals. Since rentals began in May, the
number of rentals has increased each month.
● Due to how COVID is affecting schools and colleges, the Bunker Links staff is in flux. At
this time, it is working out and Bryan has enough staff to cover the pro shop.
New Business:
● High school golf has started as it is one of the few fall sports allowed to play. GHS has
already hosted one meet at Bunker Links. There were more kids trying out for the golf team
since most of the fall sports have been moved to another season this year due to COVID.
● Commissioner Bunch mentioned he would like to see the course lengthened. Commissioner
Bunch mentioned several holes he thought could have the tee boxes moved back to add
length to those holes. The Commission agreed that there were a few holes that could be
lengthened by moving the tee boxes back. Tony said the next capital project will be fixing
the drainage so the course can be used more days each year. As far as moving tee boxes,

there needs to be a cost analysis to make sure cost to lengthen each hole makes sense based
on the cost it would take to make this happen.
