Meeting was called to order at 4:00 P.M.
Roll Call:
Present: Members: Dave Selkirk, Steve Cheesman, Paul Sandborg, Rodney Bunch
Jerry Reynolds, , Greenskeeper Matt Miles, Head Golf Professional Bryan Luedtke,
Park Superintendent Don Miles, City Attorney/Administrative Services Director Bradley
Nolden, Alderman Bradley Hix
Absent:
Minutes of May 24, 2022 were approved.
Greenkeeper Report:
Greenskeeper Matt Miles provided his report including info about water leak repairs and
the range netting.
Golf Professional Report:
Head Golf Professional Bryan Luedtke provided his June report. A copy is attached.
Old Business:
• Bradley Nolden led a discussion with the Members regarding the proposed Rules
and Regulations for Bunker Links. A motion was made and approved to adopt the
proposed Rules and Regulations.
• Rodney Bunch discussed the need to lengthen the course. The Commission briefly
discussed potential holes which could be lengthened.
New Business:
• The Commission discussed the proposed rates to be submitted for 2023. A
motion was made and approved to recommend the rate increases suggested by
the staff.
• The Commission discussed the 2023 draft golf budget presented by the staff.
Don Miles reported on a potential bridge project on hole 15.
