PZ-20-0201 Public Hearing Fence Variance Application for Menards, Inc, located at 2791
Veterans Drive. P.I.N. 95-35-326-001.
PZ-20-0202 Review Proposed preannexation agreement that establishes an M2
zoning district for a property, located at 2699 Grand Ave.
PZ-20-0203 Public Hearing Special use to allow a storage building and storage (mini-self-
service) on two vacant lots south of 425 Home Blvd.
PZ-20-0204 Review Minor Plat of the Oskee Subdivision, located south of the US
150 and Knox Hwy 10 intersection.
PZ-20-0205 Consider Excused absences from November 19, 2019 meeting.
