Receive General citizen comments.
PZ-20-0301 Public Hearing Special Use to allow manufacturing of cement and grinding,
crushing and processing of minerals and earth (i.e. a concrete
plant) located at 2699 Grand Ave. P.I.N: 09-24-226-009.
PZ-20-0302 Consider Excused absences from February 18, 2020 meeting.
