SUBJECT: Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting
A meeting of the Galesburg Planning and Zoning Commission has been scheduled for Tuesday, May
18, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Galesburg City Hall.
Members of the public who would prefer to view the Planning & Zoning Commission meetings
remotely, can view the meetings on Comcast channel 7 or stream the meeting live on the
City’s website.

Receive General citizen comments.
PZ-20-0501 Public Hearing Variance of section 152.231 (B) (1), to allow 2 on premise
walls signs instead of one, located at 225 S Seminary St. PIN
99-14-104-005.
PZ-20-0502 Public Hearing Variance of section 152.033 (C) (1), to allow fencing in the
front yard that exceeds 4 feet in height, located at 455 N
Prairie St. PINs 99-10-430-003 and 99-10-430-002.
