9:00 a.m.
Call to order by President Chris Hootman at 9:00 a.m.
Deputy City Clerk Ericka Welch gave the oath of office to newly appointed member,Kelli R.
Bennewitz.
Present:Dave Christensen,Chris Hootman,Curt Kramer,Mike Ingles,Dave Christensen,and Kelli
Bennewitz.
Dave Chirstensen moved,seconded by Curt Kramer,to approve the minutes from the February
23, 2021, meeting. The motion passed.
Kelli Bennewitz moved,seconded by Dave Christensen,to approve the following slate of
officers:
Chris Hootman -- President
Mike Ingles -- Vice President
Kelli Bennewitz -- Secretary
Dave Christensen -- Assistant Secretary
The motion passed.
Old Business
New Business
Kelli Bennewitz made a motion,seconded by Mike Ingles,to approve the Annual Treasurer's
Report. The motion passed.
Dave Christensen made a motion,seconded by Curt Kramer,to approve an accounting services
agreement with Courtney & Aldrich, LLC. The motion passed.
Dave Christensen made a motion,seconded by Curt Kramer,to receive the unaudited Annual
Statement for the Department of Insurance. The motion passed.
It was noted that there will be a training session in September sponsored by IPPFA in Oak Brook.
Registration is not yet open but more information will be distributed once it ’s known.
