Call to order by President Chris Hootman at 10:03 a.m.
Present: Kelli Bennewitz, Dave Christensen, Chris Hootman, and Mike Ingles. Absent: Curt
Kramer.
Mike Ingles moved, seconded by Dave Christensen, to reconsider the actuarially assumed
interest rate calculation for military buy back time for Officer Hayes and instead use the 6.75%
from the independent audit from Lauterbach & Amen. The motion passed.
Mike Ingles moved, seconded by Dave Christensen, to approve the actuary assumed interest
rate calculation of 6.75% for application to buy back military time for Office Mansir. The motion
passed.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:06 a.m.
